On April 13, 2021, the first stop of the country's first provincial-level "medical prevention integration liver health promotion co construction project" was launched in Sanming, Fujian Province. The project aims to explore a new mode of liver health promotion and promote the establishment of a comprehensive and life-cycle hepatitis B prevention and control system. Wang Linglan, vice president and Secretary General of Fujian Preventive Medicine Association, Lu Yong, representative of the public welfare supporter of the project of Zoom lion liver health promotion center, Lu Yewen, deputy director of Sanming Health Commission, Zhu Daobin, director of Sanming disease prevention and control center, and other leaders and experts attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Chen Zhong, President of Sanming Preventive Medicine Association.  It is understood that the "liver health promotion demonstration project" is a project initiated by the Zoom lion liver health promotion center in the Ministry of civil affairs and supported by the central finance. Fujian Preventive Medicine Association and Zoom lion liver health promotion center cooperate closely, and based on the relevant standards, plans and guidelines for liver disease prevention and control in China, they jointly carry out the work of integrating medical prevention and liver health promotion, reduce new infections, eliminate immunization gaps, delay disease progression, reduce morbidity and mortality, and ultimately improve the hepatitis B prevention and control ability of professionals and the health literacy of residents, Strive to achieve who's goal of eliminating hepatitis by 2030.  In his speech, Lu Yewen pointed out that the prevention and control of hepatitis B is of great significance to the implementation of the healthy China 2030 plan, the comprehensive implementation of the healthy China action, and the realization of the goal of healthy Sanming. In this regard, he put forward three suggestions: First, we should improve our understanding, put the prevention and control of hepatitis B in an important position, and effectively enhance our sense of responsibility, urgency and mission in the prevention and control of hidden dangers. Second, we should supervise and ensure the solid progress of work, strengthen the vaccination of hepatitis B vaccine, strengthen publicity and education, eliminate hepatitis B discrimination, and effectively curb the high prevalence of hepatitis B. Third, we should highlight the key points and strive to build an effective immune barrier.  "The prevention and control of hepatitis B in Fujian Province still faces great challenges." Wang Linglan said that hepatitis B is currently the most widespread and harmful major infectious disease in China. Over the years, Fujian Province has comprehensively promoted the implementation of the national immunization program and achieved remarkable results in prevention and control. However, the number of chronic hepatitis B patients and hepatitis B virus carriers accumulated for a long time is large. Every year, many families are in trouble because of liver cirrhosis, liver cancer and other related diseases caused by hepatitis B infection. This project aims to explore a new model of liver health promotion that can be popularized and replicated. Carry out a series of training, free diagnosis and education, and the creation of liver health promotion demonstration projects. Lu Yong, the representative of the public welfare supporter of the project, pointed out that the Fujian co construction project of "liver health promotion", which integrates medical treatment and prevention, has two national firsts: the first provincial "liver health promotion" cooperation project in China and the first characteristic "liver health promotion" cooperation project in China. Today, we are witnessing the launch of the first demonstration area of the joint construction project in Sanming, which is of extraordinary significance. We believe that the Fujian joint construction project will be a complete success and create Sanming experience and Fujian model for the national "liver health promotion".
At the meeting, the person in charge of Zoom lion liver project donated 150000 hepatitis B detection reagents to Sanming liver health promotion center. Subsequently, Hong Rongtao, Deputy Secretary General of Fujian Preventive Medicine Association, Professor Song Huiwen, director of the infection department of Sanming first hospital, and Luo Xingyao, section chief of the Immunization Planning Department of Sanming disease prevention and control center explained and shared the topics of "Fujian Medical prevention integrated liver health promotion co construction project", "prevention and control strategies for hepatitis B screening related prevention and treatment", "optimizing the effect of hepatitis B immunization prevention", Let the students understand the importance of liver disease prevention and treatment. Finally, Zhu Daobin, director of the center for disease prevention and control of Sanming City, arranged the work of the Sanming City medical prevention integration liver health promotion project. He said that viral hepatitis, especially hepatitis B, has not been really cured so far, and is a major public health problem with a heavy burden of disease in China. Viral hepatitis can be prevented and controlled. It is hoped that the staff of primary medical institutions will do a good job in the prevention and treatment of liver diseases, take the project of integrating medical prevention with liver health promotion as the starting point, recognize, organize and implement it, and benefit more local people. The main work contents of this year's "medical prevention integration liver health promotion co construction project": I. Sink into the grass-roots level and carry out 10 project training sessions to promote the integration and cooperation between clinical diagnosis and treatment and public health professionals in the prevention and control of hepatitis B. II. 10 health education and free diagnosis activities were carried out to improve the residents' awareness and information of hepatitis B disease, popularize the core knowledge of preventable and treatable, and improve the accessibility of diagnosis and treatment. III.
