A kick-off meeting of Liver Health Promotion Demonstration Area Project was jointly held by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) of Xuecheng District, Zaozhuang city, Shandong province, and China Liver Health on July 28, 2020. Shen Yingsheng (deputy director of China Liver Health), Wu Chengyin and Li Fuguo (directors from Zaozhuang Municipal CDC, Shandong province), Wang Qing (director of Xuecheng District Health Bureau), Zhang Yong (director of Xuecheng District CDC) attended the meeting and delivered speeches. More than 50 leaders from health centers, community health service centers, disease prevention and healthcare stations, and vaccination clinics under the jurisdiction of Xuecheng district participated in the event. Director Wu from Shagou Township Health Center, also member of the party group of Xuecheng District Health Bureau, presided over the meeting.
China Liver Health donated 30,000 hepatitis B test kits.
